Alexei McGregor earned her Master's degree in Economics from the University of Cape Town (UCT) in 2016, where her dissertation explored the impact of disability on labor market participation in South Africa. Since then, she has worked in the enterprise development and acceleration space, specialized in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and research. In early 2023, Alexei joined Injini, shifting her focus to educational technology (EdTech). She is the lead author and project manager for the 2024 Injini insights report.
